Upon successful completion, you will be eligible to apply to extend your BREEAM licence to include BREEAM Refurbishment and Fit Out Commercial V7. This will enable you to assess projects under both the New Construction V7 and Refurbishment and Fit Out V7 schemes, helping you broaden your service offering, unlock new commercial opportunities, and add greater value to your clients.

Online course material:

Through interactive online modules, you will be introduced to the program, building on your New Construction knowledge.

Examination

The course concludes with one online examination, scheduled by the learner with ProctorU, the appointed online proctor for examinations on behalf of BRE Academy. The examination must be passed for learners to be recognised as having successfully completed the program.

The exam is in an ‘open book’ format, meaning you can use any documents related to the course to aid you. The cost of the exam is included with the course purchase price.
