BREEAM is the world’s leading sustainability assessment method for buildings, and trained professionals are central to using it well. Our BREEAM training courses give you the knowledge and practical skills to guide projects through the BREEAM process, whether you want to advise project teams as a BREEAM Advisory Professional (AP) or carry out assessments as a licensed assessor.
Four courses are available: BREEAM AP, International New Construction Assessor, In-Use Assessor, and Refurbishment and Fit Out (RFO) Assessor. Each combines 30 hours of online self-study with live or recorded training, followed by open-book exams. Live sessions for the AP, International New Construction and In-Use courses are delivered in Chinese, and the exams for these courses can be taken in Chinese or English. The RFO course is delivered entirely in English. After passing the exams, you can apply for accreditation or an assessor licence for the relevant scheme.
