This course allows qualified UK New Construction V7 assessors to become qualified in the International version of this scheme. Although the New Construction V7 scheme is highly aligned between UK and International versions, UK assessors must familiarise themselves with key differences in the technical criteria, and with the Approved Standards List to successfully assess International assets. This course builds on the knowledge already gained from either the NC V7 | New Assessor, or NC V7 | Version Update training courses, and completing these is a prerequisite to this course. At the end of the course, learners will take the International NC V7 new assessor exam to qualify.

After completing the course learners will be able to

  • Understand how Health and Wellbeing and Land Use and Ecology categories are assessed in International INC V7.
  • Understand how Residential assets are assessed.
  • Understand how the Approved Standards List is used to define the regional and national standards used for assessment in different countries.
