BREEAM AP Subscription (US & Canada)

An annual subscription fee of $325 is applicable for all BREEAM APs as a part of maintaining their listing status. This is payable on successful completion of the examination and maintains their Green Book Live listing, access to the BREEAM AP Badges and Process Notes through BREEAM Projects and maintenance of Continual Professional Development (CPD).

Once purchased and approved, the user will have their BREEAM AP Subscription hosted on the GreenBook Live listings site. The GreenBook Live entry for the purchased BREEAM AP Subscription will use the data within the associated BRE Academy account. Where a subscribed BREEAM AP feels that their data listed on GreenBook Live is incorrect, please contact [email protected].
