This BREEAM Platform course will teach you how to access and navigate the BREEAM Platform, create an organisation, and manage users. In addition, you will learn how to navigate the assets screen, view asset information, and add, edit, and manage assets effectively. The course will also cover how to navigate the assessment screens, create assessments, how to complete building and development detail sections, as well as the category issue sections. Participants will learn how to interpret scoring outputs to understand assessment results and learn how to upload and link evidence to relevant issues.

After completing the course learners will be able to:

  • Login to the BREEAM Platform
  • Create & Manage Users within an Organisation
  • Navigate around, Create, Transfer, Amend, Copy, Delete and Restore Assets
