About Lee: Lee is a qualified gas service engineer and electrician since 1984, Lee has taken on various roles within the built environment sector.

Lee has extensive experience as a project manager, having coordinated refurbishment projects and overseen supplier procurement and logistics, working closely with clients, designers, and architects.

Lee has also served as a health and safety representative.

Teaching BREEAM in the following schemes: BREEAM UK New Construction Non-Domestic, BREEAM International New Construction, BREEAM Advisory Professionals Design & Site, Site Sustainable Manager, BREEAM Communities (eventually BREEAM Refurbishment & Fit-Out)

Where is your favourite place and why?

If work related, working virtually from my home office reaching out to trainees around the world. If not work related, not necessary any particular place but the enjoyment of visiting new rural locations from villages to natural landscapes
