Graduate Membership has been developed as part of the BRE Academy Membership Programme to help the next generation of built environment professionals work with the best knowledge, skills and tools available.
At the start of your career, Graduate membership is available to you during your last year of university and for one year after your graduation, offering opportunities to learn, develop and consolidate built environment skills alongside studies.
What benefits does Graduate Membership offer?
As a BRE Academy Graduate Member, you will receive the following benefits including:
- Free webinars
- Badge of Recognition
- 20% off all future courses, publications and events
- Access to the prestigious, members only BRE Academy Members’ LinkedIn and Facebook groups
- An online portal to manage your CPD (Continuing Professional Development) in a credible, accessible manner
Meeting CPD Requirements
All BRE Academy Graduate members are required to submit a minimum of 15 hours of CPD (Continuing Professional Development) activity per year in order to demonstrate credibility and knowledge, whether from the BRE Academy or other learning opportunities.
Our online CPD portal allows you to record your CPD activities, as well as demonstrating personal development, often a requirement for professional bodies, and certainly useful for demonstrating your credibility to potential employers.
This requirement ensures that a commitment to excellence and continued learning defines our members.
What happens once the Graduate Membership ends?
Once your graduate membership has come to an end, you will have the opportunity to join our full membership for one year – specialising in your area of professional interest. During this year, you will have access to the full membership benefits available, and we will require you to complete a BRE Academy course to maintain this membership status after your first year.
Become a Graduate Member now
Graduate membership is available to any final year degree student or recent graduate (within past 12 months), who has completed any of the following university courses:
