BREEAM Infrastructure Term Contracts Examination

This examination is designed to assess candidates’ understanding of the BREEAM Infrastructure scheme. It tests their knowledge of the Projects V6 Technical Manual and the BREEAM Infrastructure Operations Manual.

Part A (operations)

Each question is worth 1 mark.
There is only ONE correct answer for each question.
There is a total of 10 marks available.
Part B (technical)

Each question is worth 1 mark.
There is only ONE correct answer for each question.
There is a total of 10 marks available.
You must achieve 60% or more in Parts A and B to pass the overall exam.

The BREEAM Infrastructure Projects V6 Technical Manual
The BREEAM Infrastructure Operations Manual (SD6052)
Any other course material or notes you feel would assist
The duration of each exam is 45 minutes.

Candidates are reminded that the successful completion of this examination is one part of the requirement for becoming a qualified Assessor and undertaking real assessments, therefore, the exam questions are not necessarily straightforward. You are advised to read the questions very carefully before answering.
