This examination is designed to assess candidates’ understanding of the BREEAM Infrastructure scheme. It tests their knowledge of the Projects V6 Technical Manual and the BREEAM Infrastructure Operations Manual.

Part A (operations)

Each question is worth 1 mark.
There is only ONE correct answer for each question.
There is a total of 10 marks available.
Part B (technical)

Each question is worth 1 mark.
There is only ONE correct answer for each question.
There is a total of 10 marks available.
You must achieve 60% or more in Parts A and B to pass the overall exam.

The duration of each exam is 45 minutes.

Candidates are reminded that the successful completion of this examination is one part of the requirement for becoming a qualified Assessor and undertaking real assessments, therefore, the exam questions are not necessarily straightforward.
